Madison Vines RV Resort & Cottages opened with a simple promise: build a campground that family travelers actually want to come back to. Renovated facilities. Real activities. A staff that knows the regulars by name. Gentle wooded hills at the foot of the Blue Ridge, with miles of trails, 30 wineries, and 20 breweries within easy reach.

In our first year, the Good Sam Campground Guide awarded us their PERFECT rating a distinction earned by only about 1% of the 7,000 USA campgrounds they rate annually. We didn’t cut corners to get there. We hand-crafted the Amish cottages, paved every RV site, built a 16-foot spa, a resort-style pool, four pickleball courts, a beach volleyball court, a fitness center, a fishing pond, and a recreation hall.

Today, Madison Vines welcomes families, couples, and long-term guests year-round. Heated cottages. 102°F spa open in every season. A weekly program of bingo, hay rides, arts and crafts, and DJ pool parties. Holiday weekends from New Year’s to the Polar Express that book months in advance.
